How Seattle pickup works

From your door to the bench and back

    You book your spot

    Tell us about your keyboard above and check out securely. Checkout asks for your address and a phone number. It takes a minute.

  2. 02

    We pick it up

    We text you within a day to set a pickup time. Hand us the keyboard at your door. You do not need a box or a shipping label.

  3. 03

    It goes on the bench

    Your board gets a full keycap clean, accessible switch cleaning, stabilizer work where applicable, and case sanitizing. We test every key and photograph each step.

  4. 04

    We drop it off

    We bring the keyboard back to your address 3-5 business days after pickup. We text you before we arrive.

Service area

Pickup from Seattle north to Everett

We pick up and drop off at addresses within 20 miles of downtown Seattle. That includes Seattle, Shoreline, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Renton, and Burien. To the north, we go as far as Everett, through Edmonds, Lynnwood, Mill Creek, and Mukilteo.

If your address is farther out, we email a prepaid, insured shipping label at no extra cost. The bench work stays the same. Customers in the rest of the US can book our mail-in keyboard cleaning service.

Planning a pickup

Does pickup cost extra?

No. Pickup and drop-off are included in the $129 price for each keyboard.

How do you set the pickup time?

After checkout, we text the phone number you gave to agree on a time. You do not need to email us.

What if I live outside the pickup area?

Book the same way. We email a prepaid, insured shipping label for your order at no extra cost.

Can I walk in without an appointment?

No. We do not have a public walk-in counter. Book online and we come to your address.
